In collaboration with Taylor Shellfish, Feedme Hospitality is shuckin’ excited to bring you our Fifth Annual Oyster Fest in Edmonds.

However you like them, raw, roasted, or fried, we have a full week of fresh oysters for you to sample at Bar Dojo, Fire & the Feast, MARKET, and Salt & Iron.

We’re pairing all that briny goodness with wines from The Winemakers Reserve, including our featured pairing, Feedme Sauvignon Blanc.

Turn your oyster obsession into rewards during Oyster Fest.

  • Order any Oyster Fest item and receive a punch card + 1 punch

  • Collect 3 punches across any of our 4 participating locations

  • Each local team will initial your card with their location initials

  • Turn in your punch card to MARKET Edmonds by March 31, 2026.

  • The first 100 diners to return their completed card receive a $20 Feedme gift card or swag item of their choice. Gift cards expire 6/7/2026.

Bar Dojo’s Oyster Fest Menu

  • On the Half ($4 ea) - Yuzu ginger mignonette and wasabi cocktail sauce

  • Aguachile Oysters ($6 ea) - Cilantro chili-lime suace and soy marinated ikura

  • Shrimp Ceviche Oysters ($7 ea) - Poached white shrimp, tomato, onion, serrano, cucumber, lime, black salt, micro cilantro

  • Katsu Oyster Bao ($20 ea) - Katsu breaded oyster, steamed bao, kizami wasabi tartar sauce, cabbage, scallions, lemon wedge (3 bao)

Fire & the Feast’s Oyster Fest Menu

  • Pesto Rockefeller ($15) - Three Pacific oysters, pesto parmesan, pancetta, bread crumb, and charred lemon

  • Oysters on the 1/2 Shell ($15) - Three virginica oysters, limoncello mignonette, aleppo and basil

  • Oyster Oreganata ($15) - Three breaded and fried Pacific oysters, parmesan cheese, oregano, spicy calabrian aioli, preserved lemon fennel slaw and parsley

  • Steamed Clams ($25) - Manila clams, white wine, garlic shallot, butter, fennel, parsley, olive oil, toasted focaccia

MARKET’s Oyster Fest Menu

  • Garlic Clams ($24) - 1lb Manila clams, garlic, white wine, citrus, dijon, tamari, herbs, garlic bread

  • Oysters & Chips ($21) - 6 beer battered fried oysters, tartar sauce, lemon, fries

  • Market Fried Oyster Po’Boy ($21) - Fried oysters, sesame cabbage slaw, pickled daikon & carrots, cilantro, ginger scallion aioli

  • Bloody Mary Shooter ($7) - Non-alcoholic version of the classic Bloody Mary served with a raw oyster. Spicy and Tingly

Salt & Iron’s Oyster Fest Menu

  • Oyster Shooter Trio ($25) - Pacific oysters mini cocktail shooters: bloody mary, cadillac margarita, french 75

  • Fried Pacific Oysters ($25) - Floured Pacific oysters, pickled jalapeno, spicy dipping vinegar, grilled lemon aioli

  • Clams & Mussels ($30) - Spicy ouzo tomato sauce, grilled ginger, fennel, Italian sausage, grilled Como

  • Grilled Swordfish ($45) - clam and oyster wild rice hash, sweet potato, anaheim peppers, roasted tomato, salsa criolla

  • Featured Cocktail: Wading in the Velvet Sea - Botanist Gin, Giffard Pamplemousse, Luxardo Maraschino, Peychaud’s Bitters

SanKai’s Oyster Fest Menu

  • Panko-Fried Oysters ($13) - Panko-breaded and fried oysters. Served with tonkatsu sauce.

  • Oysters on Half (4 for $12) - Premium oysters from Taylor shellfish farm. Served with ponzu, scallion and chili daikon.

  • Miso-Baked Oyster (3 for $9.50) - Baked oyster topped with miso sauce

  • Featured Pairing: The Winemakers Reserve, Feedme Sauvignon Blanc
