We create locally loved dining destinations each distinct in concept, yet connected by a shared commitment to quality, care, and memorable experiences.

Our Story

Feedme Hospitality & Restaurant Group grew from the culinary journey of Chef Shubert Ho.

In 2012, Shu opened his first restaurant in Edmonds, inspired by the food, people, and moments that shaped him as a chef. What began as a single neighborhood restaurant soon became a growing collection of concepts, each reflecting a different chapter of his life.

Today, Feedme encompasses six restaurants across Edmonds and downtown Seattle. While every concept stands on its own, together they form a family united by a shared philosophy of genuine hospitality, chef-driven menus, and deep ties to the communities they serve. The story continues to evolve, one restaurant, one dish, and one guest at a time.
